NYSERDA Announcement

Luthin reported on NYSERDA’s planed process for managing incentive funding requests under the American Reinvestment and Recovery Act (ARRA) which covers energy efficiency, solar thermal, biomass, fuel cells, and small wind projects. NYSERDA issued a Program Opportunity Notice (PON) that defines the process and provides funding for the full amount, up to $30,000, of an energy feasibility study.
