Len Mellusi, PE, Energy Consultant

Len Mellusi joined Luthin Associates in 2009 with 33 years of experience in energy and environmental consulting specifically related to Facility Management. He brings extensive expertise in Plant Operations as well as Budgeting and Energy Conservation. As an Energy Consultant, Mr. Mellusi provides outreach and support to healthcare facilities in the State of New York on energy efficiency projects for the NYSERDA Focus on Healthcare Initiative and for NYSERDA's administration of the ARRA Funded energy efficiency projects. In addition, he serves as a consultant for the Luthin clients when engineering expertise is required.

Prior to his involvement with Luthin Associates, Mr. Mellusi was the Director of Plant Operations at Mt Sinai Medical Center in New York.

Mr. Mellusi received a Bachelor of Marine Engineering from the State University of New York, Maritime College. He was a commissioned officer in the United States Navy and a Licensed 3rd Asst Engineer in the US Coast Guard. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and is certified with NYC High Pressure Steam.
