Fran Rooney CSDPSenior Analyst, Energy Services
Joining the Luthin Staff in early 2006, Fran has brought experience in client management, operations management, budgeting and education. She conducts energy performance reviews; savings summary reports; economic development, sales tax and gross receipts tax refund submissions; and, client utility reporting for Luthin Associates. Her energy audit recovery role has been instrumental in saving hundreds of thousands of dollars in energy budgets to prominent Luthin clients. Ms. Rooney has had wide range of professional experience including marketing, education, clinical nutrition management, and hospital department management. She holds a Bachelors of Science from Marywood University and a Master's of Science from New York University.
Fran recently received certification as a Sustainable Development Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers and is the lead analyst in the Energy Services Division. As Assistant Project Manager under contract to NYSERDA's Focus on Healthcare, she has been influential in promoting savings opportunities available to New York Healthcare facilities through the various NYSERDA incentive programs.
